The event will be held in the community conference room located on the ground floor, just inside the cafeteria. You do not need to enter the main entrance. Take the stairway down to the patio and the cafeteria is located on the left. Within the cafeteria entrance, once you pass through the doors, conference room is immediately to your right. If entering from rear of building, at the elevator bank, go through doors to patio, cafeteria/conference room located to the right of patio.
