HealtheConnections is in the process of making the authorized user process even easier for RHIO Administrators and users by creating a new web form page. The new web form will be launched Tuesday, August 8th. Users will be able to fill out and submit their authorized user forms digitally through our website, which saves time and reduces the chance of errors.

What will the new process be, and why is it beneficial to me?
Once the web form is filled out and submitted by a user, an automated email will be sent to you, asking for confirmation of the employee’s identity and user access to HealtheConnections’ portal. Once you’ve confirmed the information, simply sign the form digitally and click submit. That’s it!

With the new web form, there’s no more back-and-forth on missing information. The web form requires all fields to be filled out completely before it can be submitted, ensuring that the RHIO Administrator receives all the necessary information on the first try.

Upon launch of the web form, you will be able to access it any time on our website.

We’ll be hosting this informational session to demonstrate the new process and answer any questions you may have. While attendance is not required, we highly encourage that you join us.
